BEDWETTING HEALED
The Bible shows us that more than anything else, God wants us to prosper and be in perfect health. “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth” (3 John 1:2)
But why is God so concerned about our health? It is because anything that disrupts your health will evidently disrupt His plan and purposes for you here on earth. If your body were to break down completely, you would not be of any use to the expansion of His Kingdom here on earth. This is why God readily sends His word to heal us. “I sent my word and healed you and delivered you from your destructions” (Psalms 107:20). Did you see that? He heals us even through His servants, the Prophets as seen in1 Kings 17:21-22 “And he stretched himself upon the child three times, and cried unto the Lord, and said, “O Lord my God, I pray thee, let this child’s soul come into him again”. 22 And the Lord heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came into him again, and he revived.” Let us quickly share with you an amazing testimony of healing experienced in a live service held in Lagos Nigeria, that further explains how much God loves us, so much that He sends His word to heal us and set us free that we may live to serve Him. The man of God, Dr. Isaiah Wealth while ministering in that service paused for a minute and gave an unbelievable prophecy.In his own words, “There is a lady I want to pray for, I hear Joy, your name is Joy, I don’t know if the person is here but the Lord showed me this, your name is Joy, this Joy has a child but the Lord says there is someone around this Joy that has a spirit of Bed wetting, this spirit has been transferred to this person and the Lord said to break it.”
Wow! This was an unusual prophecy to give in an auditorium with thousands of worshippers and many more watching LIVE via the internet. Yet, almost immediately a lady stepped forward from the crowd and confirmed the word. Her name was Joy and this person that was prophesied by the man of God as having a bed wetting problem is her husband. One could feel the atmospheric tension as even the man of God was not expecting a grown man to have bedwetting issues. While addressing the woman and asking if she’d prefer to be used as a point of contact for her husband, seeing as it could be embarrassing for the husband to step forward, the man himself walked out from the crowd confirming that he was her husband and he truly had had a bedwetting problem from birth. It took a while for the crowd to calm down from the shouts and screams of excitement as to accuracy of this prophecy. Then, the man of God began ministering and praying for the man, breaking the power of darkness and rebuking the spirit of bedwetting.
The man fell to the ground in a demonstration of power and when he got up, the Man of God told him to go and come back with a testimony. The next Sunday, the couple came back beaming with joy and testifying that the LORD hasld indeed healed the man and delivered him from the spirit of bedwetting. The man was overjoyed as he testified that he previously believed that healing and the prophetic were only reserved for a few. But now, he has witnessed the power of God for Himself and knows that God is indeed the healer. Everyone joined in giving thanks to God for this great miracle he had wrought through the hands of the man of God and for confirming the prophetic words of the Prophet.
Truly, God delights in our perfect health as He is concerned with every aspect of our lives and that is why He will always speak and work miracles through His servant to bring glory to His name and bring many to Him by the working of these miracles. Glory to God!!
